COVID-19 Response

In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the country has undergone periodic lockdown and OPD closures. Doctors and hospitals are focused on critical care patients. Sehat Kahani, amidst the crisis, has played an active role in keeping patients at home and giving them access to online doctors for all primary care ailments. Sehat Kahani has proudly partnered with Digital Pakistan (Government of Pakistan) led by SAPM Tania Aidrus to make its Telemedicine application free of cost for all patients for the next 3 months amidst the pandemic. Via our initiative, we have seen more than 20,000 patients in the last 45 days.

Involvement with Yaran e Watan

The Yaran-e-Watan initiative envisions to create a network of the medical workforce, comprising of overseas Pakistani national health professionals to utilize their knowledge and skills to cater to patients in dire need of innovative healthcare solutions in times of the COVID-19 crisis. Sehat Kahani became one of the member telemedicine organizations, to engage more overseas doctors, expanding on our vision to make affordable & convenient healthcare options accessible to every single resident of Pakistan.
